went there on a sunday @5pm. There were at least 5 cars in front of us at the drive thru. We did not move for a good 8 minutes, then only moved because 2 cars in front left probably tired of waiting. After waiting for over 10 minutes at the drive thru, we got our order! yay. I did notice the barista were too busy chatting with each other and taking their sweet time to pause and talk«to each other» not the customers. Maybe they need to hire some who are more focused on customer service and not on getting a date with the barista.

I know Starbucks is Starbucks and that’s all you can say about it, but I have to warn people about this location. For some reason, I have noticed that the Starbucks on Northpark is always running out of things before midday. Not only food items, which is understandable, but drink items. I’ve gone twice now for a salted caramel latte and I’ve been told they’ve run out of the«salt». Peppermint mocha? We don’t have the correct syrups. I get that they are only one of two drive-thru locations in Kingwood which essentially makes them super busy, but I’ve had to now change my coffee order twice because they were out of what I had wanted. Don’t expect to be able to buy breakfast options after 9:30, usually they run out of half of the sandwiches before then. The buyer for this Starbucks either needs to order more, or go back to the drawing board and see what they need to keep in stock.

It’s Starbucks. What more is there to say? It’s overpriced coffee, but it’s damn good and sometimes you just need that caffeine fix. I’ve always used the drive-thru and they’re always very speedy.
