Sonic

Long story short, I left empty handed because the lady was rude and didn’t even let me place an order. But I mean I’m still gonna come here because it’s around the corner from my house and I love sonic but I’m still upset.

If I could rate it a «no star» I would.
This place is horribly slow and the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen.
Would never go again.

Despite past experiences I have to say this experience was good. Tonight went to the drive-​through. Simple order. Two cheeseburgers one plain with mustard The other everything on it mayonnaise no onions. In the past even if I’m the only car in line I’ve had to wait anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes I didn’t had to wait 10 minutes on just two count them two sweet teas. Tonight was actually pretty fast service however what I received was two cheeseburgers one plane with mustard the other one basically playing with mustard except it had a little bit of lettuce. I had given up on the sonnet until I had to go through it. Because I was in a bit of a hurry they actually gave me good service that time so I would say this sonic is kind of iffy sometimes you can get it sometimes you can’t

½ a star they dont deserve 1. This sonic is the worst -.- i dont even know why i keep coming to this location !!! They always mess up my order… All i ask for is a simple combo number etc… and yet they still make the wrong burger all the time. It has happened more than 4 times!!! This sonic is bad. They need to change their workers or management. Also sonic supposedly closes at 12!!! Soo why is it that one day i show up at 11:25 and the ladies at the drive thru say «Sorry we are closed» -.-

Got drinks on a whim while on appointments for work. Not a huge fan of this area. Located off a super busy and chaotic road.
Service was FAST, but it was at 3pm so probably not a busy time.
No problems with our order. Basic Sonic drink experience.

Probably the slowest sonic I have ever been to. If you’re in a rush I don’t recommend coming to this location.

I sat at the drive thru order menu for at least 5 minutes before I decided to pull up to the window since there were no cars there. I get to the window and the woman is taking a drive thru order, and I told her I waited there for 5 mintues and nobody took my order. She finished taking the person behind me’s order and then took mine with complete sass and attitude. Then she asked me to pull ahead and wait for my order. I sat there in this spot for 13 minutes before my order came out. I also counted 8 cars behind me get their order. Absolutely horrible service, and I will never visit this Sonic again.

I can say every time I’ve visited this sonic, the service is poor, slow and the food taste old. I avoid this sonic at all costs and it’s just a few blocks from my home.

2x yesterday Sonic lost my business. 1^st the one on Aldine Westfield and 1960 wasn’t open at 7:30 and 2^nd this fine location. I realize they were a little busy at 3:40 — 4:00 but we sat in a stall after hitting the button for 6 minutes without service. Not once did the carhops acknowledge us until we backed out and she yelled ‘Did you get your order?’ I responded ‘we never ordered, 6 minutes with no service is 5minutes too long!!’ All we wanted was 2 drinks so we took our business to chickfila. This isn’t my first bad experience here either.
