The building itself is very dingy. Outside in the drive through line you are left to stare at equipment with dirty rags and brooms. The three times I’ve been here the workers are very unhelpful with helping me navigate through the menu. For example: I asked if kid sizes are available and was told yes. So I ordered a kid smoothie and they said no not that one can be a kid size. Then I asked well which ones can and he responded«like do you want me to list them?» Yes, yes I do. This is your job. Or please direct me to that section of the menu. His response: it’s not on the menu. Then I ended up guessing. Do you make a Berry smooth for kids? He said yes. Finally! Pricey but they do taste so good! Hopefully the outside does not reflect the cleanliness of the inside.

Horrible is the least I could say. The kid at the register on 4.18.15 was not smart enough to work the register to take a buy one 32 oz and get a 20 oz free smoothie coupon. I was turned away and he said, «sorry I’m not able to enter the coupon.» What kind of customer service is that? He could have just made the damn smoothies, charged me for the 32 oz, took my info. down and had a manager call me. I will not be going back to this location. This must be one of the older locations. The drive up window is somewhat difficult to navigate through(tight turn) and kind of ratty(rusty window seal). Service was weird, a little bit slow, but nothing to deter from the rating. They did forget to give me a straw… Hmm. Of late, I’ve become a little suspicious of Smoothie King’s products. It seems that most of them have a lot of sugar and you pay through the nose for what you get. It’s getting harder to continue justifying a five, six, or seven dollar smoothie when they’re mostly sugar. Great selection of Irwin Naturals vitamins.

When I usually go to smoothy king I order through the drive thru. On this particular day we decided to walk inside because the drive thru was very long. As I’m walking in I cant help but notice the store is very tiny and my anxiety starts to show. So as I’m looking at the menu the cashier is helping out the people at the drive thru and the other guy who is making the drinks sees that I’m having a hard time choosing. Even though they have a never ending line of cars outside they answer ALL of my questions and help me decide on my drink. These guys know smoothy kings drinks like the back of their hand! Excellent customer service!
