I bought at 1600 dollars Kenmore elite stove top range in 2014 while my home was being built and planned to install it after all the granite had been installed. During the original install, we planned to install the cooktop but the granite was defective and cracked in multiple places, and had to be reordered and replaced, which took over 6 months, come to find out the stove tip is too big, and despite being new in box, they refuse to take it back, or even issue store credit. Worst customer service ever! No Stars!

On 11 /23/15 I purchased a washer from the Sears store in Humble Texas.(Deerbrook Mall).The associate stated(as well as the receipt) that the washer would be delivered on 11 /25/15. I received a telephone call the evening prior to the 25th indicating that the merchandise would be delivered between the hours of 9 – 11. I also received a telephone call the morning of the 25th indicating that they would be delivering the washer early; unfortunately the washer was not delivered during that timeframe and in addition no one from Sears contacted me regarding the delay of delivery. I telephoned the delivery number and spoke to several people… one of which was a supervisor. The supervisor informed me that the washer would not be delivered on the 25th due to a mix up but that it would be delivered on Friday the 27th. The supervisor also informed me that the time frame of delivery on the 27th would be between 9 – 11. On the 27th an associate from Sears inform me that the washer would not be delivered. They were unable to provide me with an explanation concerning why it would not be delivered. They indicated that they would call me back within 5 minutes. I waited for over 30 minutes and once again telephoned the delivery department. Once again, after speaking with several people, and being on hold for over 40 mins., the associate informed me that the washer would not be delivered until December the 2nd!!! I returned to the store where I purchased the washer and spoke with the same sales associate who sold me the washer. The associate informed me that there was little that he could do; other than cancel the order. Really? The customer service and the response which I received from Sears was deplorable. If this is an indication of the type of service that the Sears organization provides to its customers; it is no wonder that this organization is currently going down the tubes. Having to speak with several Sears associates /employees without receiving appropriate or satisfactory customer service was very disheartening and frustrating to say the least! In addition, Sears refused to refund my delivery fee of approximately $ 70 for my inconvenience… but they we’re happy to provide me with«token» points or a $ 40 Sears gift card for my inconvenience in having to reschedule 2 days of my time. Plzzzz! Needless to say, I eventually cancelled the purchase of the washer and will take my business elsewhere in the future!

I came here for one thing and one thing only. Boys pajama pants. And they had them, at a great price. 2 for $ 14. All other stores only seem to sell pajama sets and for more. I’m not a fan of mall shopping but the store is relatively clean.

I am utterly disappointed with SEARSONLINE. SEARS, An institution I grew up with and whose reliability you could count on has totally lost my trust. It appears that SEARS is employing outside vendors whose business practices are questionable and unreliable. On February 08 i ordered and Paid for a Sofa. It was scheduled for delivery February 23rd. I figure fine, since my scheduled party was on 27th. THREE times was my delivery delayed! Last night I received a call with a 2 hour window 4;30−6:30pm on March 3rd. TODAY. at 9:30 am I received a call stating my order wad once again DELAYED and would be arriving on MARCH11Th. This is well over 30 days… This was the last straw! I demanded my order be cancelled and given a full refund. I can state that SEARS has lost not only my trust, but my future business I endured huge inconveniences and having to cancel a special event because I did not have my Sofa as promised on my purchase date. I can assure you I’ll be doing my major purchases elsewhere from now on.
