There is a house just up the street from where we live, which is listed by Red Door Realty and Associates. They were hosting an Open House this past Sunday afternoon (07÷29÷12), so we thought we would stop in and take a look for ourselves. Mainly I guess it was out of curiosity, since the house has a bit of a plain look to it on the outside. The moment we stepped inside we were really very pleasantly surprised (and a bit shocked). The inside really shows like a new model home. Very nice interior paint, with some nice art niches as well. While the house is not all that large at 2356 sq. feet, it also seems larger than it really is. As mentioned, the outside is a little plain, but the inside has a bit of a different layout, which also makes for a friendly entertaining and living enviroment. There is a formal dining area, a den and a living area. The kitchen has a breakfast area right off of it. There are 4 bedrooms, and we think this house would be a good fit for a variety families: Empty Nesters, Small Families, Couples, First Time Home Buyers. The house is a one story which is really nice for couples with small children/​babies, and empty nesters looking for a permanent new home. No need to worry about stairs!
The house was built in 1999, but honestly looks brand new on the inside, and pretty close to brand new on the outside too. No one would ever guess that it is 13 years old! The house does have some nice landscaping/​trees in the front yard, which does help with the plain look of the house itself. The exterior of the house is mostly brick. The house is priced at $ 179,900, which seemed to us to be a very fair price for the house considering the great/​new appearance/​condition of the home itself. For the size/​age/​condition/​price of the home, we are giving it 5 stars. If you are looking for a home, you really should check this one out… really nice home!
