Went in on a Sunday, busy. Girl who did my pedicure did good at first but got called away at the end of pedicure and didn’t finish. They are too pricey. Nice setup but my good enough for the price you have to pay. Won’t be going back.

Went to another nail shop in the area and realized how poor of a job ninas was doing. Pedicure is literally just a foot bath. The quality of work from each tech is inconsistent.
No private room for waxing… it’s awkward seeing people’s mustaches get waxed right when you walk in the door …

I was recently looking for a nail place and decided to go here. It was an OK experience not really anything to write home about. When i first got inside i was really excited because they took me in right away, but that’s where the excitement ended. Everything about my experience was pretty OK, they did the usually nail shop routine trying to up sell me for a better package. I just got a simple package and i could feel they were a little put out because i didn’t go for the 100+ package but the lady still took her time with me. She did my nails pretty OK. In total, it was alright but if i could find another nail salon with better customer service i wouldn’t go back but for now its good enough.

I went in for a full set (eyelash extensions) and I was pleased with the price, application and appearance. They don’t have private rooms where they apply
lashes so they perform this service in the same area where they do nails. I think this is the reason for the strong odor. The adhesive used for eyelashes is strong. It didn’t bother me because Nina was very fast in applying my eyelashes so I wasn’t there long. I told her what I wanted and she delivered beautifully. This place is very reasonable and does a good job. My criteria was (1) clean and safe application (2) fast (3) cost. I paid $ 50 for a full set of individual lashes and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I could have gone elsewhere and paid more money, received the same results and been in more of a spa like atmosphere but my aim was to meet my 3 criteria above. I will return to Nina.

I came in on a weekend and there was a ton of people waiting so I began to walk out the door. Some of the technicians yelled for me to ce back in because a lot of people were waiting to get lash extensions. The fumes in this place we’re really strong, but I’m not sure why. I watched the technicians double dip while waxing.
I was there for a gel/​shellac manicure. I have gotten several but never at this location because I was visiting from out of town.
The polish I chose was a light color that i often wear but it was way too thick and did not go on evenly. It was streaked and you could see through it in spots. Shellac polish has to be thinned with a special liquid or heated if used more than 10 times. This was clearly overdue to be replaced.
The more I told the technician to stop and the more she said it would get better with more polish. It did not and I’m sorry I wasted time and money.
I did not have time to go back to get them fixed. I would not ever come back here for a manicure.

So, my eye lashes that I got done was supposed to be 25 – 30 $ ended up getting charged 50 $ because she «used better lashes then what I came in with» I asked her why didn’t she tell me that before? I would not have paid 50 $ when I get them done for 25 $. Aside from that, she insulted my make up telling me I need to get a new eye liner and that she doesn’t like my eye shadow either. Never heard of anyone who doesn’t like MAC??! She also told me my eyelashes I came in with are «too heavy» so after insulting all my make up she then proceeded to ask me if I’m pregnant while she was putting on my eye lashes! I am a college student no I am NOT pregnant matter of fact I don’t even weigh 100 pounds to get asked that? I cannot believe all the insults I received from her. However, she did do a great job on my eye lashes which is why I’m giving stars. I’m hoping the next time she is more cautious and professional about what she says and asks her clients. I don’t know her name but she has fake blue contacts so if she’s ever doing your eye lashes hopefully she doesn’t insult you too.

Unfortunately the copper on the lines had been stripped previous to me coming to the salon. The staff was still working and made light of the situation and generator they had hooked up to lamps and other small appliances. I had two people help with my shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure. The staff was more than welcoming and provided a relaxing environment. I’m glad I stumbled upon this location. Lights or not, I plan on coming back.

I was staying at a hotel nearby and the cab driver recommended them. They were nothing but fun in my opinion. Yes prices were a little high, but I had a great time talking and laughing with them.

The ambiance in the pedicure area was really relaxing but the serice I was received was HORRIBLE!
The man who did my nails and pedicure was nice at first. However, he got unpatient with me when I kept telling him like 3 or 4 times that my french tip manicure was bleeding when the top coat was placed. At the end he said, «Okay thank you have a gud day!» I should of asked for another skilled manicurist. Never going to that place again!

Just relocated from MN. Trying to find a good nail salon again. This place gets pretty busy. Prices were quoted differently on phone then what I actually had to pay. The «gel manicure» doesn’t include the manicure. They told me $ 18 for the gel manicure over the phone but that was only for the polish application. There basic pedicure includes no massage just cleaning up of the nails and polish. If I’m paying this much to get my nails done I expect a massage with it otherwise I can just do my nails at home. The place is decorated nicely and the manicurist I had did do a good job. Overall I think they are a bit over priced for the service.
