Very poor customer service. I had an issue with my order, but the manager wasn’t smart enough to figure out the problem. So after multiple attempts to explain to him the issue with my order I gave up and walked away.

Morning drive thru is far to busy to be this damn slow. The line is always 12 to 15 cars and the order takers and managers don’t seem to care. They just take their time. It’s not as if all of us have nowhere to be. Oh wait… yes…we have to be at work! And as a food service industry who promotes it’s morning menu as the best, then by damn prepare for the influx of customers, train your order takers to be fast and efficient and keep the customers moving. This slow shit is for the birds
