Do not go here! I paid for a mattress that was supposed to be delivered Sunday. It is now Wednesday and still no mattress and no phone call to explain. I was promised a call from corporate Monday to figure out what was wrong and again no call. I’m now trying to get a refund and that has proved nearly impossible. You can’t leave a message with corporate and they don’t answer the phone. If you are lucky enough to get someone to answer you will promptly be put on hold for 20 minutes which proved to be my breaking point. Deplorable customer service and a waste of time and money. I will say this location answers about 50% of the time and the manager is kind but I still have to go through corporate to get a refund.
