Marble Slab Creamery # 115

If I could write a review without stars I would! I love marble slab but this location does not strive for cleanliness… i went for my normal rum flavor with waffle bowl… as the associate open the case I noticed she took the scooper out of container with dirty gray colored water ugh so I asked politely if she could wash the scooper before using it she said «that’s not how we do things here» I was persistent until she got another scooper as she went to get the ice cream there were several flies in the ice cream container of course dead but they were there!!! I was so disgusted I asked to speak with the manager about my concern and another associate came over and said she was the manager and if I was «not happy about the service I need to go upstairs to the other ice cream place» I WILL
NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!
