I have attempted to use liberty taxi twice to go to the airport which I typically have to leave my house at 5am, I always give a 24 hour notice. The 1st time when they didn’t show, I called and they reported they didn’t have a cab available and someone should have called. I didn’t use them for 7th months because this action really put me in a bind. I decided to try them again, when they were 15 minutes late, I called again and got the same response they didn’t have a cab available and the operator didn’t feel it was necessary to give me a curtesy call. This time I was irate as this really put me in a bind and I did miss my plane which cost money to reschedule the flight. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED TO CATCH A PLANE
