I have had 3 appts here. Office is extremely overbooked. First appt with PA was 1:30 late, second with Dr Smith was 1 hour, and the new aesthetician was :25 minutes. Dr Smith is very sweet and kind, but his waiting room is FULL of people who wonder how they can run so far behind. Office staff is indifferent, so I guess this is just how this practice is run.
New aesthetician is terrible. Asked several questions but did not wait for my answer– cut me off in mid sentence more than once. Definitely will not recommend this place.
