I don’t usually get motivated to write a review online, but my experience with exclusive furniture was so frustrating that I felt it necessary to warn shoppers so they don’t make the mistake I did. Buying the furniture was easy. The salesman was friendly, the price was good, and my wife and I really like the couch. The delivery, however, was a terribly frustrating experience. We setup a Tuesday delivery for a 4−8p window. My wife works until 5 so she had to ask off work early to make it home in time. They called us on Monday to confirm the delivery time and address. To our surprise, they didn’t show up on Tuesday. At 8p we called the store to figure out what was going on and were told that the couch wasn’t in stock and they were going to have to change the delivery to Friday. We begrudgingly waited for Friday to come. Again, my wife asked off work early to make it home in time for the 4 hour window — the couch showed up, but with the wrong ottoman. We called the store to have the ottoman mixup corrected and were told that they would deliver the following week on Saturday. Again we were given a 4 hour window to stay around the house while we wait for an ottoman that, as it turns out, never showed up. I’m still without the correct ottoman and left to wait around until the next 4 hour window. If we’re lucky maybe they’ll actually deliver it. There are too many couches and furniture stores out there to deal with the frustration and lack of respect that exclusive furniture provides. If I could get a refund I would, but I can tell you that WEDEFINITELYWON’T BEBACK!

I will NEVER buy from here again. Bought a table and 8 chairs on a Saturday, was told we could come pick it up Monday at 7PM. We get there with a van we borrowed, and the furniture isn’t there. So they say they will deliver it for free that next Saturday. Never called and told us this in advance. Saturday comes and I had not heard from them to schedule a pick up time, so I call them and lo and behold now they are saying it’s now scheduled to be delivered to Tuesday. I could get the table and some of the chairs that day, but only half of them. Truck shows up with the table and only 2 chairs instead of 4. With no notice. The table is covered in overspray, nicked all over. Then Tuesday comes, when i’m supposed to get the rest of my chairs. Still wasn’t delivered. That’s where I’m at now. Still waiting. The sales people will change their story, give you the go around, and are overall the least helpful people I’ve ever had to deal with. Save yourself the time and energy and stick to Rooms To Go or Mattress Mack. Terrible customer service and poor quality furniture. Like I said, our table was covered in overspray and the finish was completely matte instead of glossy. So we spent a couple of hours restoring it ourselves. I couldn’t trust that whatever replacement we may have gotten(in whatever month we may have gotten it in) would have been any better. I strongly encourage everyone to search elsewhere for their furniture needs.

This place is completely unorganized. Whether it’s due to the incompetency of the workers or the lack of communication. My parents purchased a queen size bed and a love seat sofa. Sales manager indicate to them they would need to pick the items up from the warehouse in South Houston the following day. We took two pick up trucks to load up the items but only the bed is at the warehouse. Apparently, our sofa is at the store that we were at the previous day. We were guaranteed it would be there. Try to go get the sofa the same day back in North Houston and they are wanting to give us the display sofa, which had scuff marks all over it. Why would we want to spend money on something that looks used. Again, we couldn’t get the sofa. They indicated they would deliver it that up coming Saturday. Saturday comes, nothing. We decided to call and they indicate it would be delivered Sunday. They would call to let us know when they’d be coming by. Well then Sunday turned to Monday and we finally get our sofa with no notice. Luckily someone was home. The delivery guy indicated that it was suppose to be an exchange but we didn’t have a sofa that was previously purchased from them. Needless to say, the lack of organization of this business deters me and my family from doing further business with them. As well as informing others of our experience.

DONOTSHOPHERE! I was a repeat customer but I will never buy anything from here again. We bought a living room and dining room set. Delivery was 3 hours later than the 2 hour window they told me. Everything came in except my ottoman. Rico told me they would call the warehouse to get it for me. A week later Rico told me it was back ordered and would be another few weeks and that they needed to call the«warehouse» again to verify. They call the«warehouse» an awful lot by the way. I gave them the few weeks, called back and was told the company that made my furniture went out of business and I was basically SOL. That I could, «come in for a refund, or store credit or some lamps or something to make up for it.» Well, thanks for selling me an incomplete living room set. Rico and Chris there never once apologized for this and both acted like I was burdening them with wanting what I paid for every time I called. And based on the shitty, vague response from the owner on the other reviews on here, Sam really doesnt care either. So obviously this BADCUSTOMERSERVICE starts at the top with Sam and is accepted all the way down to the people who deliver the furniture. Sam, you lost a repeat customer over your shitty employees Rico and Chris. You came recommended from a friend of mine and now all I recommend you do is go take a lesson from Mattress Mack on customer service. I will never buy from you again.
