They are very accommodating at this location. I have always gotten my orders correct (except once). They have even allowed me to arrange my own pick-​up time over the phone after placing and app to-​go order. Thanks Chipotle

I am usually good with this Chipotle. But today a Hispanic stragglers really made me mad. I was given much fewer food in my bowl than usual. What is even worse, she even didn’t put on her disposable glove when she grabbed the bowl container. And I asked if I could have a dressing at the side, she said, «we are out of dressings.» Is «out of dressing «the clients’ fault? She didn’t even say sorry. And when I asked if I could have extra lettuce. She didn’t lift her head, rushed to grab some and wrapped in the tin paper. Again, no words at all.
The experience was so awful! I wonder if they have a manager in charge of those staff, who apparently didn’t get any customer service training!

Worst burrito ever. 2nd time eating @ a Chipotle. The steak is chewy and the flavor was nasty. I should of learned a lesson the first time. I wouldnt recommend this location at all. Freebirds is just so much better, go there instead.

Sucked. Walked in at 6pm after spending 40 minutes in traffic. Place is DEAD save for one party of 3 on patio enjoying what appeared to be margaritas and a solo male diner at a window table. Line is fully staffed with about 5 people. Line conversation was sooo intense that a lines (girl) had to inform person one that I was there. I asked for a chicken burrito and he automatically threw on a white/​flour. Then I could hardly hear him and ended up with a «chicken» burrito that was mostly grisl/​bone/​not edible

While I know Chipotle is a chain and for the most part the only thing you can review is weather or not the staff is friendly and the restaurant clean I’ve noticed one thing. This location always runs out of stuff!!! I’ve been there when they ran out of lettuce, Chicken, and lettuce again. But the staff is friendly and the store clean so ehh. What really baffles me is they can cross the street and pick up both these items in bulk from the HEB or Kroger across the street.

I have been to this location many times and have always had a concern about their customer service. I have been in a very long line while four employees were sitting at a table eating and talking. I understand people need a break, but four at once with a huge line and not enough people serving your customers does not look good.
Today was the kicker though. After standing in line for about 5 or 10 minutes, it was a long line, a employee came out to inform us that there was no chicken or steak. She said all that was available was carnitas and something else. I didn’t stick around to listen, I didn’t have any more t

Today is Sunday and it’s about 3:50 not that busy. My burrito Bowl was sloppy and vet skim I ordered and half and half. The dressing which I normally love and pored on my bowl was extremely salty. I had to return my bowl and wait about 20 minutes for them to make more dressing. It appears there was an issue at he register that took 3 – 4 people to figure out which increased my wait time even more. A little disappointed since I have been here for a good 35 minutes waiting to get this resolved. Worst experience ever. Normally this place is on top of their stuff but not today 9÷21÷14 3:40 — 4:21pm and I’m still waiting as I write this review.

It’s like any other Chipotle I’ve gone to, and their place is clean. My only critique of this place is that the workers can work faster, I feel they’re on the slower side, but other than that I enjoy coming to this place with the fresh food and spacious seating they have inside and out for small and big groups. Chipotle never leaves me unsatisfied!

Pretty standard for a chain restaurant. It’s super busy during lunch hours and the parking lot can get packed since it shares space with a Best Buy, Michael’s & a Tutti Frutti.
The interior is clean and decorated with the typical Chipotle décor. The servers are polite and know their stuff. They can roll a burrito fast and tight.
I left off on a star for the narrow crowded parking lot and the lack of decent outdoor seating.
