I’ve gone to this bakery since early to mid 2000’s never had problems after Ms. Anastasia passed business went down hill. I stopped going waited a few years before going back worse idea ever I heard they had Bavarian Cream filling I asked could I get Bavarian Cream with strawberry they said no so I said ok just the cream filling. After forever trying to find the place after their fourth time moving the person who was supposed to be behind the register takes her merry time outside on her cell phone instead of inside answering the store phone I previously called twice with no answer gives me my cake. I get home it looks good smells good I cut into it and its strawberry jelly in between my cake. Instead of getting angry I call back explain the mix up I leave my number for the manager to call. She calls me saying it’s what I ordered according to her employee I explain our conversation she says she will call back no call back so I call and finally get an answer the next day saying its nothing they can do cause they hadn’t received their Bavarian Cream shipments that week because I offered to return the unwanted cake in exchange for my right cake needless to say I never received an apology, a new cake, or even a credit so I would not advise anyone to order from that sinking ship unless you’re willing to roll the dice!!!

If zero stars were an option I would do that. I ordered a 1^st birthday cake for my son 2 mths in advance it wasn’t rdy when it was guaranteed and when it was received a piece had fallen off they did take 20 off which didn’t make up for the cake. It was horrible it look like kids made it definitely wasn’t worth the 140 I paid. When contacting the owner she apologized and said she would make a cake for me free for next occasion she never responded. So unless you want a total let down I would not order from them
