Hubbell Towing & Auto Service

We got a flat tire and then our crappy jack bent while my hubby was trying to change it. We called here to see if someone could come change it for us. The guy on the phone was sooooo nice. Unfortunately he couldn’t help us as his driver was out of the area. He recommended Southern Maryland Towing as they were near where we were. We ended up using them but I wouldn’t again. Next time I’ll wait for Hubbell, Southern Maryland Towing was a disappointment.
About 20 minutes after we initially spoke he called me back to make sure we’d made other arrangements and weren’t just stranded on the side of the road. I did not expect that since they weren’t even making money from our call but it went a long way with me. That’s the kind of customer service that gains (and keeps) customers, I know I’ll be one if ever I need their service again!

Great customer service! Twice in one week I needed a tow. Each time they were professional, responsive, and friendly. The tows were scheduled at my convenience. All of the employees that I spoke to were very polite and professional. They was quick and prompt to arrive and efficiently loaded up the car. Excellent service! If you are in Southern Maryland, I highly recommend Hubbell Towing.
