Surplus Sales

One star is way to high for this place but it’s the best I can do-​SORRY!
What a joke this place is!
Mike the manager has totally lost control of his sales help and has no idea what he or they are doing.
We ordered a bathroom vanity on July 30^th and was told that it would be there in 2 weeks.
Well, 2 weeks came and went, and when we returned from vacation we went to go pick it up only to find out that it did come in, BUT THEY SOLD IT!!! WTF!!!
Then they order it again, called us and tell us to come in Sunday after 10;00am to pick it up and when we go there nobody knows anything about it, and they all look like they just saw the grim ripper.
Then «Mike» the manager calls me and asks me «who told you it would be ready Sunday @
10;00am» and I told him it was his sales person (Rudy) and we had the voice mail to prove it, and then he hung up on me.
(Laughing), PEOPLE-​TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE UNTIL THIS INCOMPETENT MANAGER HAS BEEN FIRED.
Oh-​for the record we purchased a vanity counter top 2 months ago for the master bathroom and it was cracked at the drain port.

I was referred to Surplus Sales by my contractor. He advised me to be prepared to purchase if I saw something that I like because a lot of their stock is ends of lots of all kinds of flooring. Their prices are WAY lower than any other place I found. I was looking for material to use throughout my entire house so I was looking for a good buy. I found the PERFECT flooring for my home. I brought a sample of it home to show my contractor and he liked it so much, he went up and purchased something similar from the same manufacturer for his own home, so the quality is there! They also have more budget priced for those who are working on rentals. I paid for what I needed on the spot and they held it for my contractor to pick up when he was ready to install it.
They have cabinets, too, although I didn’t need them.
