I have moved multiple times. Last time I hired Quality Movers. They stored my items in climate control for three days and my house plants froze. The lead mover said that maybe they needed water! Furthermore, When I reported that and a few broken items the owner informed me that their policy is to take the amount of the loss out of the paycheck a of the movers. Poor management to tell this to a customer– I don’t want my loss to come out of their pockets so I took the loss– about $ 300. I do not recommend this company.
