I’m glad I’m not the only one to notice this place has went down the toilet. I DREAD coming here. Looking for new doctor as I write this. This place seems like it went downhill since my original awesome Doctor left the practice. I get very annoyed with this office since the change. I have received calls from two different staff members for the same thing the same damn day! Obviously to me no one keeps record of what is going on if I take two calls for the same thing the same day. Obviously no one is managing this office! It’s an apparent free for all here… Like the old west.
The lack of male practitioners makes me uncomfortable to discuss «guy stuff» or return for a physical. They have been absolutely awful to refill RXs but quick to demand retesting on meds I keep running out on. In my opinion I hate this place and look forward to never returning… The calls are annoying and to the point of not wanting to answer them. Also please unblock your damn calls from caller ID!
I’m am also very annoyed my doctor never seems accessible and scheduling straight out sucks. I can never get an appointment that works with my schedule. I’m done…

HIGHLY AGREE with the previous review! The «Office Manager» is CLUELESS when it comes to billing. My best friend who also goes there and myself, both got charged for the same preventative test because the office manager does as she likes and insists on coding her way! Both of us are nurses and we knew it was wrong to be charged for this preventative care, and we were right. After appeals processes with our insurance companies, neither of us had to pay. Obviously, this place needs an over haul on how to bill patients!
I used to love this office. Not so much anymore. It is the problem of getting too big to actually care about the people that should come first… the patient. Had I written this review 10 years ago, I would have given it 5 Stars… now, I wish I didn’t even have to give 1 star. Run… just run.

Do not, I repeat, do NOT make the mistake of going to this practice. I chose them because of the convenient location with regard to my new home. My new patient preventative office visit turned into a financial disaster as they chose to bill me and my insurance company an outrageous amount for simply discussing my ailments as a new patient. This was with a nurse practitioner after they made me wait 2 months to get an appt with a doctor who apparently left the practice a week before my scheduled appt. Not surprised he left. He must have a conscience. Outside of what was charged for the ‘preventative’ portion of the visit, the majority of the additional charges were out of pocket. I requested a ‘code review’ which was supposedly completed (although I’m skeptical that they did anything more than put my file aside for 2 weeks) with no change. There is no one out there to audit how they do business, so all that can be done is to avoid it happening to you. This is a corrupt and fraudulent medical practice. I HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere. I certainly will not be returning.
