Papa John’s Pizza

OK here it goes, I was contacted by the manager of the Papa Johns store in Hudson reference to my complaint and he apologized for my inconvenience. I applaud Papa John’s for their quick response to my complaint. It shows me that the company values and respect for their customers. I am updating my review and giving the store three stars instead of one star for their quick response to my complaint. I informed the manager that I would give his store another pizza order in the future. I would recommend this Papa Johns to a friend.

Whoa. Momma June has got some attitude. Not likely to return to this location.
They really need someone who wants to work there at the front counter. Cuz if the staff don’t want to be there you can bet they don’t put much effort into the food/​cleanliness and all that which makes a good restaurant or business.

Pizza was here way before they said it would be. They quoted 30 mins on a Saturday night was here in 20. The pizza was SO hot we actually had to wait to eat it. The delivery guy (not sure of his name) was a sweetheart!!! The pizza was really good! We will probably make this our new Pizza place!!!

Papa John’s carryout or delivery only. They don’t have any dine in stores.
I went on line to order our Pizza and I was very impressed with their website.
After I opened an account, I was able to order our Pizza just the way we wanted it.
The website is so designed that even the most confused user can order their pie any way they want it. You can also save your order so the next time you want pickup or delivery, you just have to select it from your favorites, it’s that simple. I requested a pickup time and my pie was ready shortly after I got there.
When we dine out we often don’t get the pie we ordered, they often get something wrong, maybe it’s because we like our pie just so. Ordering on line we got just what we wanted. I told the clerk at our closest Papa John’s that we lived a little farther away than I would like to have a Pizza delivered, so I like to pick it up myself.
I took the pie home and opened the box and saw the Pizza I ordered and it was still hot and very good. One of the best Pizzas we’ve had in 10 years in Florida!
After we finished our meal and cleaned of the dishes we got a call from Papa John’s asking if our Pizza was to our liking and was it still hot when I got home with it.
Are you kidding me? That is a first for this old man. I’ve been eating carry out Pizza for a long time and no one has ever called to ask if it was to my liking.
Poppa John’s is our go to guy for Pizza from mow on.
