I brought 5 pairs of my daughters boots along with 2 pair high heels to have heel cleats put on. I arrived to pick them up on the promised date and was told they weren’t ready yet. I was subsequently told 3 additional pick up dates and each time they were not ready. On my 4^th pickup attempt, the owner told me she would polish them when they were finished and give me a discount. When I came back the 5^th time the heels were done but they were not polished as promised. The owner then had «amnesia» that she had promised me that and when I also reminded her about the discount she gave me only $ 5.00 off my 79.00 bill. With gas at over $ 4.00 a gallon (not to mention my time) I was very offended that she would think that paltry amount would compensate for my having to come back 5 times! In addition, I didn’t receive any apologies. Needless to say, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
