Any Business can have great service when there are no problems. What makes businesses stand out is when things don’t quite go as planned. This is where Mr pool stands out. We bought a pool from them and had it professionally installed with the black bottom material to prevent grass from growing up through the bottom. Well… after 3 weeks we had grass grow up through the bottom of the pool, right through the black material and the extra duty liner. I went down to the store and talked to Jim who promptly came and verified what we had. He said they would replace the liner and order a plastic guard for the bottom and it would be in next week. About a week went by and I got a call from Jim and said they would be out Monday to make the repairs. They kept their word. It was all fix by Monday noon. No cost to me… No humming or hawing… just fixed it. With service like that why would you buy a pool from anyone else. They stand by their product and what more can you expect from a business. Great customer service: I left a phone message on a Sunday evening, after business hours. I received a call back first thing Monday morning. Great response time. Will defiantly use as our pool & spa store.

Mr. Pool of Crystal River gave us the wrong measurement, so we had to pay over $ 500 to move lanai screening after the installation. They did give us store credit, but refused to pay any part of the cost of their mistake.
