«Shit Happens» We recently brought our car in for an alignment, 1 new tire, and a sway bar end link replacement. It was completed on Friday April 17th2015. Upon picking it up, it was clear something was very wrong, it had acquired an awful shaking and knocking from the front end. We called them within minutes of receiving it to let them know there was an issue. They were closing for the night, and told us to bring it in at a later date. The car was limped home, where it was discovered the driver’s side wheel was VERY loose. It was mounted so poorly that one of the wheel studs actually snapped off from the stress. The other stud holes in the wheel were out of round due to the wheel wobbling on the drive home. We tightened up the wheel and returned as soon as possible to have this issue repaired. This is where the real problems started. Mike stated that we had no proof he had removed that wheel, and he would be charging us to fix his mistake. We told him this was unacceptable. I asked him how we noticed this very obvious problem as soon as we left the parking lot, but his technicians were unaware of it when they drove it to and from the alignment station. At this point, he stopped trying to discuss the situation with us and would only admit to «Shit Happens». That should probably be their company’s slogan since this is how they deal with their mistakes.

This gal sure does enjoy a good old fashioned FULLSERVICESTATION… I love that this is close to home small, easy in and easy out right across from the entry to 94 W… It has been colder than a penquin’s ass and how fabulous that I don’t have to step out in my work clothes and freeze to death trying to get a little petrol? These guys just got themselves a regular customer!
