Stayed in Hudson for the weekend for a wedding so I was looking for a place to watch college football. Walked around the city for awhile and then came across this little pub. Definitely kind of a dive bar, but it’s what I wanted. It was a Saturday afternoon and we were the only ones in the bar around noon. They have about ten televisions so they had a good amount of the action that suited us perfectly. For some reason they weren’t serving food at the time, so we just stuck with a few beers on tap. If I came back in this area and needed a bar to watch sports, this is where I would most likely visit

Dirty sports bar, flies everywhere and the bathrooms were gross. My wings weren’t bad but I had to wonder the state of the kitchen in which they were cooked. Bloody Mary with horse radish was decent, service was lacking. If I were in Hudson again on NFL Sunday I might still come here though, because I think it’s the only sports bar in the area.

Great variety of beer but not too many porters or stouts the day I was there. The bartender wasn’t very knowledgeable about the beer selection.
