worst place ever! stay far away very far away! they treat their long team customer like another number-​replaceable. had a few ok massages but that can be anywhere not the customer service you want to deal with

Massage Envy is a decent place to get a good massage. If you’re a massage snob (like my husband), you might not like it. If you prefer a luxurious pampering experience, this ain’t the place for you. If, like me, you just want to get in at a moment’s notice and get the job done, Massage Envy is perfect.
To me, massages are like pizza; I’ve never really had a bad one. Obviously some therapists are better than others so try out different ones — it’s half the fun.
There are a couple reviews here from people complaining about the contract. Not sure I really understand the complaints. In my experience, Massage Envy is pretty upfront about it all. You agree to buy at least one massage per month. The awesome part is, the massages don’t expire. Sometimes I’ll go quite a while without going here, trying out other places, etc. and my massage credits will accumulate. Then, I’ll have a month where I need a lot of work done on my shoulder or whatever, and I’ll go a couple times a week until it’s feeling better.
I travel a lot and all the Massage Envys are connected so my credits are good everywhere.

This review is for the Massage Envy in Hudson, Wisconsin. I have been to two other branches and this was by far the best both in terms of the customer service at the front desk and the amazing massage I recieved from Gary. The young ladies working the front desk and friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. I immediately decided to sign up for the membership in hopes of recovering from an IT-​Band injury that occured from running. As a runner, massages are extremely beneficial and Gary was SO kind and caring. He worked to ease the tension on my leg where my injury was, helped me stretch and used incredible techniques and the perfect amount of pressure. He even recommended some places to go for orthodics to help align my feet better while running.
I highly recommend Massage Envy in Hudson and make sure to request Gary when you go!
