Waitress was so busy talking she never answer the bell even though it was rang several times. The Chicken Francese was cold so they took it back and put in microwave to make yummy rubbery dry chicken. So the waitress then brought me a warm bowl of sauce to pour over the now once again cold rubbery chicken. No wonder its always empty in there. Won’t go back for sure and if you are smart you’ll eat at Wendys out front of it.

Wether«Martello’s» or «Marzella’s» I never cared much for this place. Reasons: 1) it is super small inside. Hard to move around and navigate other tables and servers. 2) cheese always tasted cheap. 3) Never appeared walls and floors were particularly clean. For such a small place that was absurd. 4) Servers were really good sometimes and not great other times. 5) no atmosphere or privacy because place is so small. There are other places around that make much better pizza!

Had coupon for 216″ pies for 15.99. Asked for chicken on one(I expected to be charged for the topping). She said they had bbq chicken. I said that’s fine. Picked up the pizza & they charged $ 16 for the chicken bcz they said it’s a specialty pizza AND charged $ 10 for the other bcz it wasn’t part of a coupon. Unbelievable rip off. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. We just ate the pizza. It wasn’t horrible, but nothing great. It was bland & the sauce had no flavor. NEVERAGAIN.

Although we were greeted in a friendly manor; the service was terrible! We were the first of three tables while we were in and yet waited about an hour for our food. We had to ask for drink refills and our salads that came out with some of the main entrees while two of our party still waited for their entrees. We were a party of four adults and one child. I have never experienced service like this in a setting that is supposed to be family oriented. How are they still open?

I live in Spring Hill and am willing to drive to Hudson for there pizza and food. I’ve tried multiple items off the menu & they have been spot on each time. The staff is friendly they go out of their way to make you feel like family the old school Italian way. The loaf of fresh baked bread & butter they give you is to die for I’d eat it as a meal if I could, it’s worth the drive.

I live right by Martello’s and the pizza is good! I often buy pizzas there for my employees as well. The crust isn’ta loaf of bread like many pizza places around here. The cheese is really good on the pizzas!

Love the pizza and garlic knots. Tasty stuff and great service. Can’t wait to try some of their regular Italian food.

The staff was very friendly but the food was horrible. There tomato sauce is bland and watery. It actually tasted like they opened a can of tomatoes and put it in the pot and heated it up and that was it. The chicken cutlet tasted like rubber. Our waitress was super nice and friendly but that’s the only good thing

Pizza was subpar at best. Service was even worst. There is NO customer service at this place. Granted they were training a new girl but regardless service shouldn’t suffer and it certainly did. Between that and the mediocre cheese pie(that they originally got wrong and did little to rectify), I certainly won’t be back.
