I’ve been here 3 times and I’m hooked.
There is nothing better, in my opinion than a really good club sub (ham, turkey, and cheese). Most places make decent ones. Jersey Mike’s are amazing.
First, everything is better with bacon. But the key is the red wine vinegar and oil and herbs they put on their sandwiches! Yum.
The only drawback is they’re messy – these are not subs you’d want to eat in the car on the way to work, for example. Unfortunate, since that allows fewer opportunities to eat them.
And the staff at the Hudson location seem exceedingly friendly and focused on creating great food.

Went in with no expectations, never had even heard of Jersey Mikes. Overall, excellent customer service! All the staff were very friendly and I didn’t wait very long for my sandwich (less than 5 minutes). Store was very tidy and clean; bathrooms as well. Only downside, my sandwich (chicken parmesan), lacked flavor. The marinara sauce was bland and tasted more like catsup that some oregano happened to fall into. Would’ve given 4 stars if the sandwich had tasted better for how much I paid for it.
