Other reviewers keep mentioning how«cheap» admission is. Lookout ridge in Woodbury, MN has a HUGE indoor place place including mini bounce house, complete toddler area(and wifi) for a cheaper admission rate. The play areas at giggle factory are relatively small. My past experiences included poor customer service, allowing too many patron into the facility and over crowded, dirty restrooms, the constant smell of burning food or coffee(not sure how that happens). All that for $ 6 – 7 admission per child.

This place is amazing! Super duper cheap and super fun for the kids! The owners are friendly, helpful and extremely kind. It is a great place to have a birthday party and has awesome play stuff. They have a separate area for toddlers with smaller items and many toys. There is a perfect sized eating area. The food is really yummy and affordable. Spring, summer, winter or fall the Giggle Factory is a wonderful place for the whole family!

The price is 7 dollars for the first kid and 6 dollars for additional ones. My 6 yr old and 2 yr old really enjoyed the slides and climbing around. No food from outside is allowed in. We didn’t have any food but it looked okay.

Do the kids love it? Yes. Do I? Not so much. It’s pretty cheap to enter(6 bucks per kid) but if you want anything to eat or drink, you’ll have to purchase it there. They wouldn’t even let me bring in a baby bottle explaining that they«also sell milk here.» Really? Give me a break. We’ve actually been to Giggle Factory on 4 separate occasions and TWICE we’ve been told(after paying admission) that they were going to close early. The last time we were only there an hour before they«informed» us we needed to «wrap it up.» Yes, that was a direct quote. I guess if its not crowded enough, they just close up shop and leave early, leaving your children sad and confused as to why they can’t play anymore. In my opinion, I’d rather have it less crowded but whatever. I asked the high school age employee if we could get a credit or pass for our next visit because we had only been there an hour and she replied«we don’t do that.» I’m slightly passive aggressive so I replied, «oh you won’t give us a pass for next time, but you will charge us full price, let us play for 1 hour, and then close 3HOURS earlier then your sign says?» She said its what the owner tells her to do. I guess the owner has no idea how disappointing this practice is to CHILDREN. Oh and one last thing, if you do plan on eating their overpriced food, note that the hotdogs are usually microwaved, the chicken nuggets are from Sam’s Club(also microwaved) and the drinks aren’t always cold(I believe it’s due to laziness when restocking). Yummy. But you are welcome to help yourself to some lukewarm water that sits out in an uncovered pitcher for free. Uh, thanks, I’ll pass. So all in all, if you decide to visit this place, make sure it’s crowded enough and you aren’t hungry or thirsty. And since there’s usually only one employee on the premises at any given time, there’s usually about a 15 minute wait for your order. Will I go back you ask? I’m trying not to, but the kids beg me and I will probably cave in at some point. Ugh.

This is a pretty mediocre«bang for your buck» establishment as it is pretty expensive especially if you have more than one child. There are two separate areas for bigger and littler kids. The toddler area is for ages 3 and under which is good so there aren’t any wee ones being trampled. My daughter loves the slides and there is a climbing area, some tunnels and bridges all enclosed and padded. They have a snack area(not cheap) and they strictly enforce a «no outside food or beverage» rule that explicitly states no coffee from outside vendors. Raw deal since there are a Starbucks and Caribou within a 5 mile radius. Booooo. Other than that, it is an overpriced indoor play area that you will shell the dollars out for because you live in a frozen tundra where you can’t in good conscience let your tiny ones out to play for over half the year. It is a good«once in awhile» place to play for young children.
