I went twice before, the first time was fine, the second time was pretty terrible. But I figured I would give it another try. I went for the third time and got a gel manicure for $ 30. It came out absolutely horribly, check out the pictures. I went back and asked them to take it off and for a refund, I did not have time to get it redone. The woman who did my nails got very upset and started yelling, Dean (i’m assuming he is the manager) told her repeatedly to calm down, that’s how upset she was. Instead of soaking my nails to take it off, they ground it off and ruined my nails. They only gave me $ 16 back, they said they couldn’t refund me for the actual manicure but only for the color because the work was already done. At that point I was done arguing. I will never go back.

Best place by far!!, very friendly towards clients. I get my nails done by Sang, but all do very good work… oh, and you are greeted by Ginger the dog!

Overall I would give Gel Nails in Hudson 3.5 or 4 stars (not sure which). Expensive, so I would do it as a treat, but the pedicure was worth it. It was uncomfortable at times (mostly during the nail shaping and the paraffin treatment thing), but my feet haven’t been this smooth in AGES.
The manicure looks VERY nice, but the 2nd woman who did them DID cut me and I had to ask her to make my nails round after she made them square (because she didn’t ask).
Also, as a heads up to anyone who is particular about it, they didn’t ask about cutting my cuticles, they just cut them. Also, if you are easily talked in to things, this may not be the best for you!

My wife came home the other day last week and with new fancy-​looking nails and I asked where that happened and she said «Gel Nail» and they looked fancy. But then I asked her how much and she said she spent 75 $$$ I almost spit out my cheerios. Thanks alot Gel Nails, for a big credit card bill…

Best nail place in Hudson!!! Each customer gets their own storage box with a file and buffer, etc. They are only ever used on you. Everything is sterilized and in fresh packets. The place is large and very clean. Dean put pink and white acrylics on me and they look AMAZING!!! I will be going back here again. Best nail salon, hands down!!!
