GARDNER’S FENCING AND TREE SERVICE, INC.

We, too have used Gardner’s Fencing for many jobs and recommended him to many people. We were always pleased with the results until this last time. Mark arrived at our house and my husband and I discussed where we wanted our fencing. The contract was written by Mark stating that utilities had to be flagged, the property cleared, and the area marked where the fencing was to be placed. He informed us that as soon as that was done to call him and he would be right out to put up the fence. Well, three days later, the fence was installed. He did not wait for the property to be flagged or clearly marked, or even for that phone call. Needless to say, the fence was installed in the wrong places and on one particular side, several feet onto my neighbor’s property! Mark was upset because he insisted he placed it where we wanted, but did not wait for the okay from us. My husband offered to help him replace the fence, but instead, Mark came out to our house without telling us and removed part of the fence and kept his $ 950.00 deposit along with the fencing. My husband called, but no answer. So, NO, I would not recommend Gardner’s Fencing. We were very disappointed in the unprofessionalism he displayed.

I have worked with Mark Gardner on several different properties with trees of all shapes and sizes. He is as professional and thorough as I could ever hope for. If you are not giving him a chance to earn your business, you just might be settling for second best!
