Feeley’s Pool & Spa

Purchased an $ 1100 filter from them in 2012 for my IG pool. They installed satisfactorily. This year when opening pool, return pipe to pool was leaking at elbow. Called on a Sunday and was told someone would call me back the next day to schedule a service. No callback. Called Wednesday and was told they are busy and someone would call. I explained that I was selling my house and needed it fixed for a home inspection. No call back. Called again Monday, again told they are busy. I told them, I understand but am trying to make an appt but nobody calls back. They told me someone would call back. Finally on Thursday I drive to the store and the owner is there. I explain about the leak and he tells me he is at least 3 weeks out. I tell him how frustrating it is that no one called back. He tells me, I shouldn’t have waited for a call back and should have called someone else. I feel when I made a big purchase, they were there, but when I needed them for a small job, it wasn’t worth their time. The owner apologized for not calling back (3 separate times???). I asked him to make it right and get someone out to the house to fix the leak. He refused saying he was too busy. I would strongly caution anyone from doing business with this company.
