Terrible work, terrible service. Do NOT take original artwork to be stretched, matted, or framed. Fast Frame is a franchise, and anyone can buy one, no art background or education required, no training in appropriate handling of fine art. Which is clearly evident here. Our 5’H x 6’W painting was sitting unprotected on the floor when we went to pick it up, and the staff member, who talked to us like we were stupid, expected us to take it just like that — unless we wanted to «wait awhile» for him to «find something» to wrap it with. Find something? It’s a frame shop — there should be plenty of paper and protective wrap available, and we shouldn’t have to ask for it. A truly disappointing experience.
