They came the other day and charged us $ 125 for the guy to come over for two to three minutes to tell us that we actually did not have a leak. He did no work and left. $ 125!!! They are only 1.2 miles away so it’s not like they paid a whole lot of gas to come to our house. The guy was in our house less than 3 minutes. I would have been OK to pay $ 50, but $ 125 is ridiculous. To top it off, I called politely to ask about the bill and the woman said in a nasty way, «You’re lucky he didn’t charge you overtime for coming on a Saturday». Wow. They have a bad attitude and are rip-​off artists too. In several places on their website they talk about «Free Estimates». They even seem to boast about it! I was under the impression that coming over and looking at what may need or not be done would be free. I feel lied to and used. I will never do business here again and I will make sure that nobody I know will either.

Awesome. Jean (sp?) was just out here. He was friendly, intelligent, and quick. Just superb service. I cant recommend him enough. I am extremely happy with the service. Will definitely call them in future.
