They was great until we bought an item. The salesperson asked the loader to take the back off the chair we got and the loader said no it’s was a clearance item, but then he did with great anger! Before we pulled around back to get our chair we heard another sales person talking about how wrong it is that one loader has to load this chair. When the loader and I was loading the chair in our car he put the side of the chair right on the ground! Then He pulled the tag off the chair and stuffing came out of the chair!

This is a vendor that goes out of its way to ensure that customer satisfaction is its top priority. A year ago (Dec 2014) I bought and paid $ 450 for a recliner which was supposed to be delivered by the factory and shipped to this vendor in mid Jan 2015. My wife & I advised the vendor to hold the recliner at their store until we returned to FL in March. Upon our return, I called Carolina Furniture to set up a delivery date. I was told at that time that the recliner had not been to them shipped because the factory workers had gone on strike and they had no idea when the factory would be able to ship the recliner. Needless to say I was not a happy camper and was on the hook for $ 450 because I had paid in full for my recliner up front. After several emails back and forth the store manager, «Office Joe», called me and said he had contacted the factory and had negotiated a store credit to my account in the amount of $ 750 that I could pick out another recliner upgrading to better recliner upon my return to FL in Dec 2015. Well I had everything documented with emails and decided to go for it. Here it is Dec a year later and I am delighted to report that «Office Joe» made good on his offer and I am sitting in my new leather recliner (as I write this review) that rocks and swivels 360* and had a price tag of $ 999.99. The bottom line is I paid $ 550 (that’s right I kicked in an additional $ 100) for a chair that retailed for $ 999.99 and is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat upon or slept in. I asked «Office Joe» why he bent over backwards to satisfy me. His answer was because customer satisfaction is the most important selling point to us here at Carolina Furniture… and because you didn’t yell at me and become nasty! So folks, the moral to this story is it pays to be civil and keep your emotions in check. My final appraisal of Carolina Furniture is they are «top shelf» in this business and can be trusted to satisfy you.

My name is Melissa and my husband William Boehle have nothing but good things to say about this furniture store! William and I went into this store about 3 weeks ago looking around for bedroom furniture. We found a couple sets we liked but we were just still looking. Went to Rooms To Go, Kanes and prices were outrageous for half the stuff we seen at Carolina Factory Outlet! Went back to Carolina Factory Outlet who gave us great prices on the bedroom packages (which included mattresses) we wanted! We filled out a contest drawing as we purchasing our bedroom sets and got a call about a week later and WON a $ 1,000.00 living room set which we just got back from picking out all our stuff out! The employees were Great very helpful, pleasant and professional and enjoyable! Thank You so much Joe and Dawn you guys were awesome! We could’t be happier with our furniture! Even when they delivered our furniture the delivery men were very nice helpful and polite on time and courteous! Will continue to shop at this wonderful company! We got all our furniture from the Hudson Store great people, great place!

Great customer service. I have purchased a couch and dining room table from here, and they have been very professional. Recently purchased the dining room table and realized that it was a too large for my dining area (my fault since I didn’t measure correctly), however they worked with me and exchanged the table so I was satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend!

We found this place online. We were able to pick out the furniture we wanted and because the prices were on their website we new exactly what we were going to spend before we got there. The furniture was just delivered and overall we had a good experience. The delivery crew was very efficient and nice. I gave them 4 stars because half the store (the part with all the good deals) was not air conditioned. I guess if you can buy the better stuff you can enjoy some ac.:-)
