One and done. $ 26.00 for two bacon, egg, cheese wraps that are all wrap with barely any substance. The two large ice lattes cost $ 5.00 a piece. I thought it was steep but I expected a real nice latte. I suspect they had one shot of expresso each. I feel ripped off and will not be coming back.

Went for breakfast and my husband ordered an omelette. He immediately noticed a very very long hair in it. Without apology the cashier informed the cook who made him a new one. When she brought over the omelette, I pointed out that the cook should be wearing a hair net, I believe it’s a law. She awkwardly replied, «ok» After we ate our breakfast the cashier brought over an omelette to-go and finally offered an apology from the cook. Today, my husband went to eat the apology omelette and… Another hair in it. Had to share.

Fun place, and the crepes are unique, especially in this area! My kids loved it — we’ve been here twice, they seem a little overwhelmed on the weekends and it took 40 minutes after we ordered for our breakfast to arrive — luckily we had been the week before midweek and had no such problem. We all order the crapes except my husband who had an omelette — while a nice big portion to us it’s seem to be on that was a little overdone — you know with brown spots on the outside from overcooking, but then again maybe were just picky and everyone else likes their omelettes that way… we are definitely going back for the crepes and the locally roasted coffee!

Holy shittake mushrooms! Been by this place a million times on my way to Rail Trail, and it always looked dark and small from the street. NOT! What a great spot to hang for coffee, breakfast, lunch and soon dinner. Had a mushroom, spinach and goat cheese omelette — awesome! Came with very high quality bacon too. Definitely my new coffee and breakfast spot and I’ll be checking it out for lunch and dinner!

I stop here for coffee for me and baked treats for my kids on the weekend sometimes. The coffee is great and the cinnamon rolls are big and tasty. But I cannot stand the counter service. The first time we went, we ordered a bagel and drinks and then waited for 20 minutes while they made several people’s dining-in omelettes before they gave us our to-go order. Last weekend, I waited in line behind a customer while she and the counter help chatted away. It appears they were friends. After five minutes, the worker looks at us and says, oh, I should take your order. And she was talking to her buddy! She hadn’t even ordered anything! So frustrating.

Such a great place in town and easily the best breakfast place in the area. I come here almost once a week on the weekend for breakfast or lunch. It has great coffee and great food. They have a coffee card and whenever you buy a coffee they mark it and after you buy a certain amount you get a free coffee! The only downside is that it is a little too«hipstery». I heard they serve dinner now and I want to try it.

So I come here once or twice a week to study and grab a bite to eat, today there hospitality and service shine threw. I ordered a soup and salad plate and they told me they were out of the soup I wanted(I came in at the end of their lunch special so I understood) They accommodated me with another additional selection with my salad I choose the Turkey Cheese… they came out with a FULLMEAL w/chips with no additional cost. I have always loved there trendy atmosphere, great food and first name based services it is when people go that extra mile that earns my 5 stars.

This was the worst breakfast we’ve ever had. I don’t get all the 5 star reviews. The homefries were sooo undercooked couldn’t eat them but everything else was soooo over cooked it was ridiculous. My omelet was crispy all around & my husbands eggs over easy were totally crispy. I also have never gotten breakfast anywhere that you had to pay for toast! Seems like they are more into décor & jazz music than proper cooking. We ate about half our food & felt totally ripped off for $ 20. Could’ve had the same greasy meal at McDonald’s for $ 10. Won’t go there again.

Terrific fast and fresh traditional breakfast or crêpe — savory or sweet. Very friendly service in a perfect place to sit and chat or work.

Someone must’ve spread the word that they are making fresh muffins every morning. This place is hopping and the staff is very pleasant. Had a great breakfast sandwich this morning. Will be coming back often.

The ice cream is great and so is the service. The music is irritating. I would give it a five for service and food if it weren’t for the music. I prefer places with music without words so I can focus on my food and the good company of my friends. Also, I can’t read a book there with my excellent coffee and crêpe because I am focusing on the words of the music. The library will continue to be my favorite«café» in Hudson because of this. I would be there all the time reading and studying if it weren’t for the music. I recommend Jazz without words to go with the ambiance of the place, rather than the hipster music that was being played recently.

Food was good and staff was nice enough, but everything else just seemed awkward, If you’ve never been before, you enter and leave unsure of what to do. 1. When we walked in, we didn’t know wether we had to wait to be seated? Unlike most breakfast places you don’t, but you don’t know that until after you go up to the order counter and ask. 2. Your then told that you order and go sit at a table and they will bring your food and coffee to you. 3. You sit down and the order comes… then you’re told you have to go up to condiment stand to get cream, sugar, etc. for coffee 4. Sat back down and realized we weren’t brought utensils. Was then told we had to go get those up near the condiment stand also. 4. When we were done eating, we weren’t sure wether they cleaned the tables or we had to do that too? We saw a family leave who did not, but something was telling me they expected us to do that. I asked another couple but they didn’t know either. As I was talking to them, a waitress came along and said«we don’t bus tables» as she started to take our dishes, I told her that was fine, we had no problem bringing our dishes wherever, but how was anyone to know? Anyway, we would know the routine for next time, but the flow is just awkward! They should at least give you your coffee when you order, as you have to walk by the condiment stand to go get a table. Why sit and wait for your coffee to have to get up and go get cream/sugar?

So, we’ve been here a lot. We were happy to see a switch in coffee, to Hogan Brothers. The food selection for a weekend breakfast is decent and generally cooked well. The baked goods leave a lot to be desired. Our most recent visit was pretty terrible in terms of service. There were about five people working behind the counter and three parties. Zero table service. Just awkward hanging out and haphazard yelling out when food was ready. We couldn’t eat the home fries because they were raw(not total blame here, someone was trying to fill in!) When someone finally came around to see how we were, we mentioned the inedible grub. They said«oh we can give you potatoes on the house next time» and left all our plates on our table and walked back to do nothing behind the counter. It was so awkward! Then the person dug through the bus bucket they leave out front for recycles. It’s just a really sloppy way of running breakfast when there is clearly plenty of people working to run a nice breakfast service. Hopefully they can work out the obvious awkward service issue.

Place was a nice atmosphere, coffee was great, food was excellent. Was pricey though, I got 2 pancake plates and a breakfast sandwich. With 2 chocolate milks and a coffee came out to 29 dollars. The food was very good and the portions were generous, but breakfast for a dad and to little boys shouldn’t run that much. If I was having a business breakfast with associates it would be a perfect place.

Café 641 is one of my favorites places in Hudson. The new owner has made some serious improvements and the food and drink are top quality. I was hesitant and skeptical after visiting this place a year or more so ago. It was an awful experience with low quality food and low venting capabilities so the whole place was smoky. I am now able to say they have made a complete turn around and I’m psyched to have this place in Hudson!

They have work to do. But it is a lovely place to come by for breakfast. Consistent traffic, although awkward flow. Good coffee. Happy to see the Hudson group stay steady and grow. I liked the apple and brie better under previous ownership, where thinly sliced green apple warmed slightly took on the gooey brie — I found their«apple pie filling» approach to be way too sweet, overwhelmingly so. Work on the menu folks, you are on to something, and we want to have you stay!

The atmosphere and coffee were good. My husband and I both had crepes, they were good, but small and skimpy.(and not cheap). We were still hungry. We ended up buying some scones(which were good). Maybe the omelets were a better deal. Only get a crêpe if you are not very hungry.

I was happy to see this place under new management. I really want this place to do well, Main St. needs a place like this to round out the restaurant profile. They have good coffee and a decent selection of pastries and omelettes. The ambiance is quite nice, especially on the weekends as they sometimes have live acoustic music. My only gripes are that they seem to run out of stuff often and though there are usually 4 people working on the weekends the service sometimes tends to be slow, even just to grab a coffee and a muffin. Overall, I like the place, I bring my kids in every weekend to get out of the house and get caffeinated. I hope for the day that it’s packed every weekend.

So glad this place re-opened. They have very good food. I loved that bacon, came with the omelette and home fries! It was crispy perfection, just how I like it. Home fries were great to, maybe needed just a pinch of seasoning to perfect. Overall great place. Will definitely be back!

Last year I visited Café 361 and my experience was awful. The scone was old, coffee wasn’t fresh, and even worse, their service you felt like you were asking for a favor. I heard that they were under a new owner ship and decided to give another try. What a difference! From the food to the service, ill definitely come back!

This place screams«cool» from the moment you enter. It is an old factory space and they have used that to the best decorating advantage that they could-and it is wonderful-industrial softened with rustic wood. If you didn’t know better, you could have stumbled into SOHO or somewhere similar. The menu is on the lighter side, mainly sandwiches, breakfast and lunch. Pastries as well. Coffee seems to be their main focus and they do it well, using local coffee. It is fabulous to have a local café, a quality alternative to Starbucks. This is a place you can hang out, enjoy some delicious joe and feel hip for a few moments… until it’s time to pick up the kids, that is!

**This review was taken from the old Unilocal page, and pasted here. I have been back a couple times, and my 5-Stars still stick. – The ambiance is nice and relaxed, and reminds me of what Starbucks used to be, clean, enough space to sit down and enjoy yourself with a few friends. They also have free Wi-Fi. They have a lot of real books to read as well as some board games for the kids(or adults). The décor is very industrial and rustic. There is a mural on the wall of «The Lapointe Machine Tool Co.» and the pieces on the wall are antique tools the machine co would have used. I ordered an Americano, and a bacon/egg/cheese on an everything bagel. Both photos are uploaded on the page. The sandwich was amazing. Real bacon, real egg, real cheese. This isn’t some drive-through fast food. The coffee was incredible. I usually drink the Americano black, and it was not bitter at all. The chef brought my order right to the table, I saw him do this for other customers too. That level of service in a café is rare to find. It could just be the odd hour I came here, but all the same; I wasn’t expecting that at all. This place is definitely worth checking out. The new owner is defiantly taking the original café and improving it in every aspect.
