Past service has been great. However, today they were almost 2 hours late without a phone call. That’s unacceptable! We understand that some appointments take longer than others, but please teach your techs to call when they are running late. Our time is valuable as well.

No show. No call. Use someone else! I had used Cabral a couple times for annual system maintenance. Those went fine. This year, I called to arrange for my backflow test. They told me they could be to my home«after 3:00pm», to which I agreed. I rushed home to be there in time, arriving around 2:50pm.(the water was turned off and I needed to turn it on) I waited and waited. I called the office around 4:30, leaving a message that wasn’t returned. By 5:00, I gave up and assumed they weren’t coming. I called the next day to find out what happened(I still needed the test done), leaving another message. This message also went unreturned. Fine — don’t call me back. I’m done with you.

To be fair they’ve done a good job in the past but this year they have an on-line scheduling system where you can schedule service. Great! Friday at 2:00PM I made the appointment for the following Monday. I received a confirmation by email. I re-arranged my Monday morning schedule to take off from work so I could be here. Sunday I receive another reminder email that they will be here first thing Monday. So imagine my surprise when I get a phone call Monday morning at the time they were supposed to be here saying that they didn’t get the appointment in time and they will have to reschedule. I guess no one there checks their appointment on Friday — or the weekend — although their system has no trouble sending out confirmations and reminders during those times.
