I am completely dissatisfied with the quality and especially with the staff. I dropped off two winter coats(one black one white) to be cleaned at the beginning of the month. Today I went to pick them up and was blown away by how dirty my coats still were. At first just grumbled about the $ 10 fee that was added for a small stitch in my pocket, after my ticket stub was printed upon drop off. I put on my big girl panties and paid it. When I got my coats to the car I inspected them and I could not believe it. There was dirt, lint and hair still all over my coats. When I went back in to complain the lady told me all I needed to do is run a lint brush over it when I got home. Um, what? I’m sorry; I didn’t just pay you $ 30. so that I can do the work you were supposed to do. Then I was told that the manager would call me in 1 hr to refund me… 3hrs later I still haven’t received a call. When I called to inquire I was told«ya, he’s not here yet» I had to ask her to call him and remind him that I’m waiting. When I mentioned that I was going to put up a Unilocal review, she laughed at me. Great job Brite Kleen(said no one ever)! Update– I was just told by the owner that now I have to go in on Friday to have them refund my card. Even though I was JUST there 3 hrs ago and his wife told me that this all could be done over the phone. I am BEYOND frustrated with this place. NEVERAGAIN. I suggest that you find another place to have your items dry-cleaned.
