Third time I called for service, first time I was disappointed. No phone call or note upon arriving home, so I wasn’t sure if anything had been done that day. Also, the scary pipe banging I called about is still there. Sounds like it is about to rip through my wood floors every time it happens… I will fix that myself.
Then three nights ago the drain setting in my sink — that I had them install — popped right off. Don’t think that is supposed to happen… I will fix that myself, too. (Dramatic self-​pitying sigh).
