If you are an idiot like me and wait until July 3rd to visit, be prepared to wait an hour to get in the building and risk getting your car stuck in the mud in the overflow parking.
On the bright side, it is comforting to know that I can buy stuff that explodes a mere mile from my house. The selection is simply amazing and the prices are reasonable.
Be sure to leave your cell phone in the car though — they won’t let you bring it in the store.

Great selection. I go every year to the consumer demo where the prices are discounted after the demonstration fireworks show. They demo each product and give you a checklist to check off what you like before the store opens. I recommend you check out the demo. The best part about Americam is their knowledgeable staff and their passion for the business. They have been in business for a long time and for many good reasons. I refuse to buy fireworks from anywhere else.
