I purchased a refrigerator and it was over $ 1000 dollars the ice and water machine is not working I’m still under warranty and they want to charge me 95 dollars to find out what the problem is where the hell is the customer service! Why have warranties if we still have to pay to get the product fixed… I won’t be shopping here ever again

So I decided to buy a washer and dryer here(I should have done more research). I bought by last washer and dryer at HHGRegg and had a great experience. When the delivered the washer and dryer they did not bring anything to hook it up(you would think they would after paying delivery and install). So I called the store and they said that is not their policy. I asked why they did not send them and they said they were extra(obviously) so my question was why didn’t the sales person tell us when we purchased everything and set it up(now mind you I paid 1400 cash) so I called sears corporate after getting no response from the manager and they said they are not responsible for outlet stores and we rent our signs??? The managers assistant finally called my husband and said we would get a 40 credit that never posted to our account– the point of this is do not shop at a sears outlet or this one in particular– go to hhgregg its cheaper and they have better service

This store opened a month or two ago; my shopping cohort and I stopped in this morning looking for shorts. The store has appliances, tools, etc on one side and clothing on the other. They do have quite a few Land’s End items but from what I saw, almost all that was available in women’s were small sizes. No men’s clothing that I saw, just women’s and kids. Employees were fine, but they need to somehow organize the front end. Two registers and almost no workspace makes it tough to check out in a timely manner. If you are in the market for a big ass stainless steel refrigerator, this is the place to go… they had a LOT of them!
