Was lied to when we bought travel trsiler from them. The deal was that we could trade it in within a year for a more expensive unit and get full credit for what we paid on the first one. When we tried to do that we were given the run around for six weeks until it became clear that they never intended to follow through on that promise. DO NOT BUY AN RV FROM THESE PEOPLE. I wouldn’t do any service there either. They screwed stuff up when they installed it improperly on our trailer and also didn’t honor a warranty when the electric lift broke. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. Stay away.
