I completely agree with another review that states this place is slightly better than a sit down cafeteria. The atmosphere here was cold and unwelcoming. The traditional pepperoni pizza was mediocre. Much like eating a pizza box. Bland. We have ate at the Novi location and were very impressed with the pizza and staff. The Howell location doesn’t compare. The floors were dirty, and we were there during a slow time when three waitresses were folding silverware… surely someone could have been busing dirty tables and another cleaning the food scraps off the restaurant floor. After visiting Novi and calling Tony Saccos some of the best pizza around, we were excited to have a local joint to visit… unfortunately we were very let down.

I agree the pizza is probably the worst thing on the menu! Fortunately everything else is outstanding! Meatball sub, Ceasars salad, sausage and peppers are all great. Service is always on point, and they do a great job of giving back to the community!

This is the most okay pizza place in the world. 100% mediocre food. It has the monopoly on sit-down pizza places in this area, but you should honestly just order pizza from Marco’s or Domino’s and eat it at home. The service was okay, but we had to ask about 4 times for water before she brought them up. This place is also ridiculously expensive for soggy pizza– we ordered two large pizzas, 4 margaritas and it was $ 80. Seriously??? I was blown away, I’ve had much better meals that cost less than that. Not even the décor/atmosphere hypes it up to that price, it literally looks like a slight improvement on a school cafeteria. If someone opened another sit down pizza place that was actually decent, this place would close immediately.

By far the worst pizza crust I’ve ever had. It way too thin and extremely soggy. The flavors on the margarita and barbecue chicken weren’t horrible but the crust was borderline inedible.

A great big thank you to the team at Tony Sacco’s! We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here. Travis helped us coordinate and plan ahead for everyone. The pizza was gobbled up. The staff was quick with drink orders and new orders for different pizzas. They replaced a pizza for us because it had a whole in it?! We didn’t care about the whole but without asking, boom, we had a new pizza. I hope I left them a big enough tip because they were amazing to us. You have to order the garlic knots and buffalo chicken pizza. Yum They have specials all the time. You gotta go in and check it out.

Most amazing pizza! Had dinner here for the first time, the Greek pizza was a delight. Amazing crust the freshest tomatoes would strongly recommend trying. Our server Shelby was otstanding. We’ll be back!

I tried this place for lunch on a weekday last summer and had a great experience. The pizza was tasty and the service friendly. Going last Saturday night was another matter entirely– we actually had to leave because the service was so nonexistent we couldn’t even get a glass of water. So much fail. Young daughter and I stop in for a quick dinner around 6:30PM. Not too busy, seated right away, near host station. The place was staffed entirely by very young, and apparently inexperienced staff. After 10 minutes, waitress has visited table beside us multiple times, and we have been totally ignored, no one has even offered us water. I approach host station and gently request that he alert our server. He mumbles that he is our server and sorry. After several more minutes, he does not come to our table, but busies himself elsewhere in the restaurant and proceeds to seat other tables. At that rate, I knew all hope was lost. We left and got pizza from the party store. It’s really unfortunate, I want to go back but will be very hesitant after that experience.

Fantastic wings!!! The sausage peppers and onions, pizzas and berry shortcake is very good! Their bartender Colleen, who also waits on the bar tables is attentive and knowledgeable. One of our favorite places to go and great for kids too.

Found this place because I was trying meet a girlfriend for lunch halfway between our towns. Came back because I wanted my husband to try the pizza. First, the greeter was exceptionally friendly, and gave us great recommendations for entrees. We also received a free order of Rotoni’s which is basically fresh baked rolls smothered with oil and fresh garlic, with a little fresh basil. Eat them and you will become a Fire Breathing garlic monster. I ordered the black and Blue martini, which I liked very much, and we ordered the Capo pizza with grilled onions, sausage, tomato and mushrooms. Came piping hot and with tons of flavor and we loved it! We will be back.

Good food, excellent service and too top it off. The manager and staff are always putting on charity events and events to help the local youth. Way to go, keep up the great friendly service, the entertainment nights and charity events. It’s nice see a company bring some life to Hartland.

Sat down and took 15mins go get our drinks. We ordered our food and noticed other people who came in well after we did were already eating and we had still not received our food. When we complained, the waitress looked at us like we were rude. Finally 45mins later we got our food along with an apology from the manager. To top it off, the pizza was really not that good. Unimpressive visit. Will not be going back.

The saving grace of this place is the blanco pizza. It is great, way to expensive but good. The price of the pizzas is double what it should be, literally double. It is an absolute joke how expensive the pizza is. That is why this restaurant will not be in Hartland long.

I wanted to love this place, but sadly I do not. We went during ½ off Thursdays(a great time to try multiple pizzas) and were highly unimpressed. The crust is too thin and undercooked. All of the toppings outweighed the crust so it just flops over when you try and pick it up. First we tried the Greek pizza, which has green olives instead of black olives. Strike one. That’s a sin. Like Jesus is shaking his head. It was not all that good. Then we tried the Hawaiian pizza. Honestly, Cottage Inn or Jets make a much better pizza than this. There was little-to no bacon and basically had no flavor. Strike two. Drink prices were a bit steep after Happy Hour. We paid $ 7 for craft beers and $ 3.50 bottles of BudLight. Strike three. We were not impressed at all and will not be back. I’m not sure there are too many options for sit down pizza places, but I’ll keep looking.

Tony Sacco’s has become a weekly staple for my family. My 4-star rating is based on our experiences going on THURSDAY evenings, where dine-in pizza is 50% off. Appetizers are good. Pizza is great(for thin crust). We’ve not tried many of the desserts, so I can’t comment there. In my opinion, the ONLY time to visit Tony Sacco’s is on Thursdays. My family of 4 gets 2 large pizzas, so we have plenty of leftovers. Add 2 kids drinks, a beer, and a mixed drink(all at happy hour prices before 6pm) and we’re out the door for $ 35 – 38(including a 25% tip — be generous to the great high school-aged wait staff on discount Thursdays!). I wouldn’t suggest going when the pizza is regularly-priced. The same meal would be $ 70. Now if there was only a good Chicago-style pizza place in the area(or anywhere in Michigan, for that matter)…

Always a great place to go, whether for pizza or a couple of drinks. They have some screens for the games and it helps that the menu is incredible. We haven’t tried anything outside of the pizza, but all the different types of pizza are pretty amazing. I know it’s a chain and it’s not supposed to be all that great but it really is better than oat pizza places around. The only one that comes close is 10+ miles away and it’s much noisier. The bartenders here are friendly and the waiters are pretty good. Not all are good but most. And if you have a kid with you, you can get a small piece of pizza dough for them to play with.

This place is a very nice place to dine in but they really need to work on their service. We got seated within five minute, our drinks came out fast and I ordered whiskey and coke but had the ask for it 3 times before I changed my mind and got myself melon raspberry martini. The waitress I had tends to rather chat with the guys in back than taking care of her customers. The martini was was actually pretty awful, it didn’t really meet my expectation. I had a medium Aloha pizza, my wife had ceaser chicken wrap and my two daughter had salad and pizza. We all loved and enjoy our food especially my brother who order the sausage and pepper sandwich. It was very delicious. I will be definitely coming back here for the food but will not be ordering their martini again.

I was very excited to hear Tony Sacco’s opened a restaurant in this location! My friend lives near Flint and I’m in Canton and we both love thin crust pizza and wine, so this is perfect! They offer a variety of coal oven pizzas(which are thin crust) with a host of toppings available. We ended up ordering their Margarita pizza with chicken. It was great. A lot of cheese(could of used a little more basil in my opinion) and a smidge more pizza sauce, but that’s just me. It was still good the way we had it. They have a variety of appetizers(garlic knots, hummus, caprese, etc). We ended up ordering the caprese and got a very generous portion of mozzarella, tomato and basil with a side of oil and balsamic vinegar. They have plenty of seating available inside and on a gated in patio outside. The outside was fantastic! If you don’t care for pizza, they also have sandwiches and salads! They offer sodas and iced teas as well as a full bar.

Delicious, thin crust, brick oven pizza… Avoid the specials and stick to traditional toppings. Fabulous! Good service, nice atmosphere… Thursdays are half price pizza night, which is pretty nice! Overall, a refreshing flavor among stale restaurant options in this area!

Nice new pizza option in the Hartland area. Restaurant atmosphere has a sports bar feeling with concrete floor, tables and chairs, bar, and TV screens throughout. There’s an open kitchen view in the back where you can watch the pizzas being tossed and made. Pizza is a thin but floppy crust with lots of toppings, a dash of sauce, and a mild cheese. The garlic knots(brutolis?!) were doused in garlic oil and delicious. The large antipasti salad was plenty large for 4 people to share. Overall a great family style meal in a convenient location if you don’t mind the sports bar atmosphere.
