Royal Air Heating & Air Conditioning

Nope, nope, nope, had new heating and air conditioning installed in 2009. Called Royal this year, 2016, made an appointment, no one showed, no call. Called after appt time up, no one answered, called emergency number no one called me back. Had new installer come. Air conditioner was too large for home. Improperly installed, was screwed in over the heater incorrectly, water has been draining for years down my wall. Connections for A/​C were taped to the unit, not screwed in as should have been. A/​C condenser over heater installed so badly that heating unit now needs to be installed since the condenser was not installed correctly. Copper piping for the A/​C was bent and kinked causing further problems. No thanks.

Price was lowest for a humidifier. Should have learned to never go with lowest price. Thought I was getting whole house humidifier with automatic control.Wrong. Old fashioned manual control. Unit installed a day late.
Poor service. Called to complain. got brushed off .told they knew what they were doing.

I am satisfied and I am the worst customer there is. My central air wasn’t as cool as i expected. I was pretty sure i needed freon. For $ 29 Barry came and inspected. in two minutes he diagnosed the need for freon. added freon 2lbs $ 190 as i expected. no hidden fees. no sales pitch Some recommendations and the air is cold again. I would recommend this company gladly.
