Never lived under such conditions. If the real estate market were better we’d move! Complete incometance and neglect on behalf of Regency! Would NOT recommend living anywhere that this company is associated with! It is run by Gerbils!

This company is supposed to be managing Candlewood Commons in Howell, NJ — Our experience has been that they are incompetent, rude and do not deserve to be in business. Examples: The roof leaked (a new roof for which we paid through our noses) last winter causing damage to our ceiling tiles (some fell down and some had water marks, mold etc.) — This company did not replace them until May. Their reasoning was that to repair them in winter would not make sense because the ROOF MAY LEAK AGAIN! I don’t think the owners or employees of this company would wait to repair a water leak for 6 months in their homes or THEIR OWN OFFICES.
