R & A Tool Repair

Had a Black & Decker NaviGator Saw that I could not use due to the locking pin not activating. Even though I had read & followed the directions, I was still stumped. After using the bet to search for a repair center, came upon this small, independent shop. I always use «local» when I can and try to stay away from the huge, big box companies.
Took this saw to them & within 15 minutes, Len had the saw repaired plus he patiently answered all my questions. When i asked what the charge was, he stated that there would be «no charge» as he also learned about my saw. This would help him should he ever encounter this item/​problem again.
I have a 2 lawn mowers & 1 snow blower needing repair & this «local» company WILL be getting all my business in the future.
I thank the owner for hiring a great staff of people & for running a fantastic company. You have made a lifelong customer !!
