arrived home at 4am tuesday morning, from a wonderful july 4^th weekend in chicago, to a sweltering 92 degree house with an obviously broken air conditioner. Called nova at 8am and dave arrived, personally, at 9:30am to evaluate the problem. Dave attempted to repair my outside unit for approx 90 minutes and came to the conclusion that a new unit would be appropriate. I agreed.Pat arrived promptly weds morning and installed the new unit by lunchtime. I’d like to thank both dave and pat for their professionalism and outstanding workmanship in resolving my broken ac problem. Additionally nova took care of the paperwork required for the «permit“required by the township. I received a phone call, and picked up the permit, which took 5 minutes. Thanks Dave and Pat
