I recently stayed at this hotel, and the management was horrible. They charged me a 250 dollar smoking fee when in fact I did not smoke in my room. I’m not a smoker, and the people next door to us chain smoked cigarettes the whole night. To make matters even worse, when I called to complain about the smoking fee, they accused me of smoking marijuana and not remembering smoking in my room. After asking to speak to the manager, the girl told me she could only take down my name and number. She promised the manager would call me the next day, but after waiting until 5 pm, I called back only to have the next person write down my name and number. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never stay here again!

I recently stayed here for a wedding nearby. The staff was very welcoming & accommodating to us all. They even provided a shuttle service to & from the wedding because we had booked so many rooms. Thank you, to the staff for a pleasant experience.

Quite solid! It’s a Holiday Inn Express in Howell, MI. So, it is what it is. It’s not luxury, it’s a place to sleep, shower, eat a free-pretty-decent breakfast, and be on your way. I checked into this spot for a 1-night stay right before Christmas and have no complaints. Easy peasy, and on our way we were. Staff was quite nice as well. *Right off I-96: very easy exit from highway. *Right next to Tanger Outlet Mall.(Like, walking distance if you felt so inclined!) *Pet-friendly($ 25 cleaning fee) *Priority Rewards Hotel(sign up, get rewards!) *Restaurants nearby: Leo’s Coney Island & McDonald’s(hey, just informing you) *Marathon station on the corner. And…that’s about it folks. I’d def recommend. Thought it was a tad pricey($ 90), but it’s literally the only option in Howell, so there you have it!

We stayed here the night before a Michigan football game. This was a cheaper alternative to the overpriced hotels in Ann Arbor during football weekends. The hotel is only about a half hour from Ann Arbor, so we were able to wake up, grab a free breakfast, and drive to the game the next morning. I was impressed with the large room that we stayed in. The room had two full beds and a pull out couch – perfect for you and your posse. The pull out couch was not very comfortable, but the beds were definitely a place where you can snooze for a night. The room also came with a fridge for you to chill your pre-game drinks and a microwave. You will also find granite counter tops, which will remind you that you are traveling in style. Check it out. Go Blue!
