One person in our party is highly allergic to gluten. We explained the medical issue to the person at the drive through and requested a new container of chocolate ice cream be open with a newly cleaned scoop to be used. We were told it was too much hassle to open a new container and they«don’t have any clean scoops». In a time where we should be more sensitive to other people’s medical issues we were shocked at the response we received. If that is the case then how do they expect to be able to serve people with other food allergies. Plus the level of customer service is something to be desired… Needless to say we will not be returning.
