Brandon, both lives and specializes in inspecting homes in Howard County. I am a single first time homebuyer so one could only imagine my nervousness. I must have called him over 5x with questions and confirmations of services. He was very patient, professional and clear in his explanation to all of my inquiries.
Brandon arrived on time, was personable and clearly skilled in his work.
I did not choose an inspector suggested by my realtor. I thought it best to choose someone independent of him. My realtor, not knowing who I had scheduled, and upon seeing who I chosen, confirmed they have worked together previously and reassured me he was «really good and thorough».
I had Brandon perform a home inspection, radon testing & termite inspection (contracted out). After his eval, I can conclude that I too feel the same. He’s very thorough! I’m impressed by his knowledge, communication style and teaching abilities throughout the inspection.
I even received a discount because I combined two services and found a coupon online. As promised, I received my very detailed report (with pictures) within 24 hrs if the inspection. I would most definitely refer him to another buyer in the area.
