Absolutely horrendous — this place is like a factory — its a scam — The girl taking xrays says oh you have a hugeeee cavity hugeeee. She had no experience to say that and it now makes sense, they want to get you ready.
— I almost paid $ 2,400.00 for 6 fillings, a crown and root canal — something told me to get a second opinion — So the next day I saw a family dentist in the business for over 35 years. I DON’T EVEN HAVE 1 CAVITY!!! I am completely disgusted and i don’t know how these doctors and girls in the offce sleep at night.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Dr. K just wants to make money off patients and they all fall for her schemes. I should know, I’m a dental professional. She will stand there for 30 minutes suggesting different treatments that are definitely NOT needed. DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT!

I am not a very good patient, nor do I have much patience, so I’m not good at a dental office but I love the doctor’s and staff at EZ Touch Dental. Dr. K sat down with me and clearly explained everything that was going on in my mouth (and there was a lot going on), she gave me options and was honest about what I needed and what I could put off for later.
The dental hygienist gave me a really good cleaning and even numb my mouth because I told her I was super sensitive, she laughed when I said the cleaning was like a facial to my teeth.
The orthodontist sad with me for an hour… she did a thorough examination from watching how my jaw moved to checking any facial muscles or tenderness caused by my teeth. She listened to my concerns and showed me the many options available, I really felt like I was heard!
And the staff! Most medical staff are nasty, but not here. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist is smiling, the team in the back are smiling, and the doctors are smiling. What a welcoming facility, just wish all offices were like this.
I highly recommend EZ touch.

It was a long haul but it was worth it. Not only did I have terribly crooked teeth, but, I had extensive bone loss due to a cancer drug. I was always hiding my smile behind my hand and had no confidence in my looks.
I had to have braces to straighten my teeth before we could do any implants. I had to have 4 teeth extracted because they were so loose and the bone had to be built up. Dr. Rubikoff was so caring and so excited about the results she achieved. I’m in love with my smile now.
Dr Kraus had to talk me into it doing this. She was so concerned and was constantly asking me if I was experiencing any discomfort while she worked on my mouth. My friend had recommended her because she was so fearful of dentists until she began going to Dr. Kraus. I was skeptical but I’m a convert now and will be seeing her 3X a year and looking forward to it without being fearful.

If you love your teeth, KEEP THEM AWAY from this place. I came in to get 2 fill ins today and after looking in the mirror I realized they had done four without my consent. Even though I might have needed the 4 teeth filled I should have been aware of the work being done. If I knew it was that many I would have opted for clear fillings but now im stuck with 4 ugly dark fillings. Im in fury and will discourage every person in the neighborhood I know from coming here. When I called up and asked why this was done she argued with me and lied to me saying she did tell me. How disgusting and unethical.

I hate the dentist. Seriously. I hate the dentist so much that I stopped going for years until I got a toothache I couldn’t ignore any more. E Z touch dental changed my mind. They have a sign in the waiting room that says, «Ignore your teeth and they will go away.» That’s the truth. By the time I finally decided to go I had cavities and I needed a root canal and there was a whole lot of other stuff wrong with my teeth. The dental hygienist is amazing, she scolded me in a motherly way about not flossing. Dr. K came up with a treatment plan for me. Dr. Shapiro was always gentle and explained exactly what he was doing. They always made me feel comfortable and it didn’t even hurt that much. After having to go about once a month, I got used to it and now my teeth are in the greatest shape ever.
