I ordered food at 9pm for delivery; food didn’t arrive until 11pm. Food was warm and the sushi was poorly rolled(fell apart as I was eating and I’m Asian so I’m skilled at using chopsticks). The delivery driver didn’t know how to get to UH Main Campus, so after 13 phone calls I was able to route her from north Houston(where she went in error) to UH Main Campus Library. To make matters worse, as the delivery driver showed up, the lady at the store called me and blamed me for giving wrong directions. To be clear, the directions I gave her were absolutely correct, but its also not my job to know how to use GPS or Google to make an accurate and timely delivery. I spent over $ 40 and instead of an apology for poor service I was insulted with the blame. NEVERNEVERNEVERAGAIN… NORSHOULDYOU!!! #damnrathergivehalfastar
